• POLE VAULT: Coach Dave Emeott – 30 years experience; numerous State Champions.

• HURDLES: Coach Stephanie Stephenson – 35+ years experience; coached over 32 All-State hurdlers.

• JUMPS: Coach Matt Burton – 26 years experience; has coached over 40 All-State jumpers.

• Running shoes and Spikes (1/4” or shorter)

• Water bottle and snacks
