Gabi Leon

Pole Vault Camp

Athletes are invited to a one-day camp at Aquinas College, hosted by professional pole vaulter Gabi Leon alongside a team of accomplished coaches. Gabi is passionate about creating an experience that not only builds knowledge in the event but also fosters community and fun among athletes. The camp will be full of hands-on learning, with a primary focus on pole vaulting through both short-approach technical sessions and full-approach jumping. Athletes will also benefit from sprint form training to boost speed and power, gymnastics to sharpen body awareness and strength, and pole carry/drop technique to maximize energy into the takeoff.
