Join us for our one day camp held at Aquinas College with professional pole vaulter Gabi Leon and other accomplished coaches! This will be a highly interactive camp full of opportunities to learn. I believe in an experience that is built to create community and fun among the athletes, while also learning and improving knowledge in the event. We will mainly focus on pole vaulting with sessions including both short approach technical sessions and full approach jumping. The camp will also include sprint form technique to improve speed and energy going into the jump, gymnastics to improve body awareness and strength, and pole carry/drop technique to improve the energy into the take off.
